It's Nuke.
This is so not good as so many not good levels. Because, you see, there's a pretty good chance that the reason he's burning down slums is because he's looking for me.

ReplyDeleteNuke's pretty distinct if you know what you're looking for. The fact that the Arkady Building was his first target should have tipped me off from the start.
